Sew Day!

Hubby is golfing! Yay, sew day! I love time in my studio and even Ebony the Maltipoo ventured into the dungeon with me!

The first thing I wanted to show you all is this quilt that my friend Kathy made:

This is the pattern I designed for the Castle Rock Quilt Club 2015/16 BOM using the pinwheel variation that I have shown previously here on the blog. She's made a spectacular quilt!!! The files are still available free to download at this club link: http://www.crqc.org/bom_and_challenges


And of course it is almost September so it was time to make my pattern test block for the Adventurous Stars BOM I am hosting throughout this year. So here it is:

I am LOVING my new full time job as a TA at a local elementary school but it does make me cherish my free time even more!
