The Barn Wall Quilt is finished!

I designed this barn paper piecing block pattern about 2 or 3 years ago and about 18 months ago I added the borders. But only today did I get around to quilting and binding it!!!!

This is one of my favorite block pattern designs, I'm considering using it for a future BOM, as the center block and making the quilt from more natural earthy, traditional or civil war type prints. I also plan to make it in turquoise grey and white to hang in my living room.

It is finally able to hang in the drab basement stairway that leads to my sewing studio:

I even labelled this one because at some point I'll probably hang it in a quilt show and don't want it getting lost.

The block pattern is available in my Craftsy store for $6.95 but it is a complex block that I only recommend for experienced paper piecers.
