A Simple Christmas Pattern Design

After refolding all my fabric neatly recently I realized I really need to use some of my Christmas stash! So I designed a simple 10 inch Christmas Tree block that'll help me do that:


And when I make 16 blocks it can go together like this:


I can imagine quilting the trees with a metallic thread to make them shiny and bright too!

I'm not likely to get this done this Christmas but at least now I have a plan for what to do with the fabrics!
