Halloween Destash Quilt

I've been trying to use up my novelty fabric stash this year. I've never made a Halloween quilt but had tons of Halloween fabric in my stash. So today I was determined to make a serious dent in that pile.

I started by foundation paper piecing the word Boo!

Then I framed it in several ways all using Halloween stash 👌

I love the outcome 💖

For the backing I decided to use other Halloween yardage from my destash pile 😱 thankfully I had enough!

So I have hardly any Halloween fabric left in my stash and that's fine with me 😂 more space in my stash for solids and other fabrics I adore.
