Keeping up with scraps is a constant struggle. My scrap basket has been overflowing for weeks! Cutting them up is a task I kept deferring for "another time" .
So today I decided to defer the task no longer. I'm going to tackle it 30mins at a time. I set a 30min timer this morning and cut scraps for that long before getting on with the rest of my day. I actually achieved quite a bit in 30mins!
