Friday I made a new Summer dress for myself:
I had this delightful floral in my stash:
I used my self drafted sleeveless blouse pattern and just lengthened it to 50" and the width at the hemline is WOF (45"):
I also made a matching tie belt with the fabric scraps. I wore it Saturday when we had friends over and it was comfortable and cool. I was complimented on the dress by my friend Nikki whilst she was here, which always feels good.
