Today I was working on a gift for my son and son in-law for Australia Day January 26
The kangaroo block is one of my first block designs. I designed it in about 2013 or 2014.
I'm slowly designing other Australiana themed blocks to make a fun sampler quilt called Australiana Adventures.
So far I've designed 3 other blocks to go with it:
- Cockatoo
- Koala
- Banksia flower
But my samplers usually have AT LEAST twelve blocks so I have a lot of work left to do on this one!
This pillow was a fun project to work on this morning and I'm sure the guys will love it!
