Improv Scrap Blocks

I love sewing with scraps and it declutters my studio!

I really don't love strip scraps that are narrower than 2.25" wide (my quilt binding strip width)! So they tend to build up all year until I decide to deal with them. This week after sorting my strips into colors I decided to deal with the green ones so I foundation improv pieced some 6" blocks:
It made 21 blocks!
I've just popped them in a project box with some other colors I already had set aside from previous improv binges, I'll make a quilt eventually but just getting the rest of the color strips pieced into usable 6" squares in the next few months would be great!
