Large Scraps Progress

I've made progress on my 'Large Scraps' quilt.  This is a pattern test for a free pattern I am working on.
I've made all the blocks for the quilt centre. There's some medium and small scraps in mine too because I wanted to use up as much of this fabric as I could and I was running out of large pieces. I like the mix,  it should come together well once the borders are added.
This pattern PDF I'm drafting is based on foundation paper piecing using standard printer paper sheets to make large blocks.
There were a few small scraps leftover so I whipped up four scrappy 6" improv blocks to add to my block stacks.

Then I delved into my stash of glide thread and chose this lavender shade for the free motion quilting.
And I pulled this delightful shot cotton from my stash to use for the borders.
I also cut up a fat quarter from my stash for binding and added a few scrappy pieces that I had set aside whilst making the blocks. I'm not sure it'll be enough binding but I can always pull from stash to add more if need be.
Stay tuned for this free pattern PDF that I'll release soon, it's a quick easy way to use up large scraps.
