Boredom turned inspiration!

 Have you ever just thought "I don't want to make any more of these blocks!"

Thursday after making 20 quadrants for 5 Spectacular Stars blocks, to finish my UFO of the month, I just decided it wasn't fun anymore. 

 So I put all the blocks on the design wall and pondered my options! Then I decided on an idea and drafted it in EQ8.

So then I just had to make the four simplified corner blocks that give it the curved effect and add two simple borders. 

I'm really hoping to have this quilted (and maybe bound) by Tuesday to take to Castle Rock Quilt Club as my monthly entry in the UFO challenge...
