It's sad that this Covid outbreak is still not waning. Colorado now has had over 9000 cases! Today's 50 masks are going to a Denver RN who works with underprivileged members of the community.

I've been busy making masks for a few weeks and today I reached a major goal.
To celebrate reaching 1000 I pulled a piece of red floral fabric from my stash that had belonged to my mother who died in February. I made one mask for me and 6 to send to a Denver domestic violence shelter. It was a tear jerking experience making these 7 masks.
Next week I'll keep making masks as plenty are still needed!
