Round Numbers

Yesterday I counted the pile of scrappy improv pieced batik blocks I've been working on. There were 79. I decided there would be enough scraps left to make 100 blocks all together, so I started another 21 blocks.

So now there's a nice round number. The quilt will eventually be 10 blocks square and I think it'll have 1" wide white sashing once sewn into the quilt (cut to 1.5"). That should make it between 60" and 70" square quilt which is my favorite size.
It's the only major quilt project I'm planning to work on whilst living in this temporary apartment until our January repatriation to Australia.
