FMQ, Bind, Finish!

Yesterday I chose a baking fabric from my stash, then joined two 60" long pieces to create a quilt back:

Then I basted and quilted my Animal Adventures BOM quilt! I did a simple meandering free motion quilting which is my favourite for larger projects because it's quick and easy. 

It's always fun to get a quilt top to this stage! It's exciting to be so close to a finish!

I am pleased to finally have this UFO quilt project completed! 

I used a lovely Glide thread called Pale Mist:

And it's terrific! So perfectly subtle.
