Scrap quilts have a life of their own!
Because scrap quilters are governed by the scraps they have on hand. We're driven to utilise the scrap fabrics we currently have to the best of our abilities. I've been hunting in my sewing studio multiple times and added a ton of scraps to this project as it progressed. So, this quilt is far scrappier looking than I originally envisioned but...
I'm loving it!
Eventually I'll probably have to delve into my fabric stash to add some fabrics from my yardage to this project, but in the mean time I'm focused on using 100% scraps.
It's going to be truly fascinating to see this project progress.
