Basting and Quilting Day

Today I basted and free motion quilted two quilts! 

1. Vintage Kitchenalia Adventures (a BOM I hosted in 2019)

This sat around for years because I had planned an extra border featuring flying geese. This week I gave up on that idea and added a very simple background fabric border instead so I could get this off my to-do list! 

It'll get a scrappy solid binding tomorrow. 

2. Scrappy Hashtag Quilt

This was a scrappy UFO started in 2018!

I did get it bound late in the day so this one is a finish! 

I also got a scrappy kennel pad for my dogs quilted and bound today just to get these really old scrappy improv blocks used up.
