Quilt Show Class UFO finished...

On Friday I participated in a quilted flying geese table runner class at the Firehouse Quilts Show in Castle Rock. The class was facilitated by the wonderful Jennifer from :http://www.quiltcabin.com/
Today after completing my red hexagon quilt, I had the walking foot on my machine, so I decided there was no better time to finish this table runner which is a quilt as you go project and therefore requires the walking foot.
This is how it looked along the way:

My fabric selection
All packed for class

All set up ready to sew

The first few geese
That was as far as I got in class, so today it was time to actually quilt the layers together as I added one row at a time.
Back home laid out ready to continue
Here are the first few rows:

Once I had all the rows quilted together it was time to trim off the rough edges and see how it looked:

4th from the left isn't positioned quite right - darn!
 Then I added the binding:

It turned out okay, but isn't perfect, some of the rows are a little wonky but at least all my geese were curving the right way:

Today I am linking up with a ton of wonderful quilters through these linky parties:
