Remember this pile of basted quilts I am supposed to be working on...
A girl has to take a break occasionally! Right?!
So I started a quick project! I am participating in the Fat Quarter Shop Lady of the Lake Quilt Along. So today I printed the pattern, pulled fabrics
And made my first block!
I decided to make four blocks. This was the perfect opportunity to use my mini design wall block stand. I put the first block on there so I could check I was putting the HSTs up the right way in subsequent blocks. It was terrific!
But later in the day I did quilt several of those basted quilts as well, tomorrow I will have to machine bind them!
