My current plan of action involves not rushing my recovery from the grief of my mother's passing on February 8th and the subsequent traumatic break up of what remained of my first family. I'm focused on:
- Healthy eating
- Plentiful fluids
- Meditation and relaxation
- Minimal time 'working' (focus on only one project at a time, no rush)
- Enjoying solitude frequently
- Writing for catharsis
- Physical activity - strength training, yoga, walking, bike riding.
2020 will be a good year yet!
