A couple of months ago I opened and colour sorted all my mini charm packs. To ensure that they are ready to use in EPP projects.
But I sifted out hundreds of busy print fabrics that I felt would not work as well in my EPP projects. Since then those busy prints have been scrappy clutter on my cutting table!
So, last week whilst hubby was out of town, I began sewing them into 100 patch blocks for a scrap quilt.
It felt so great to start a project to clear away that busy print pile cluttering up my cutting table! I'm not in a hurry to finish this one so I've set the blocks aside for now.
Another terrific task I did at the end of my two weeks of immersive sewing whilst hubby was away was putting a new cutting mat on my cutting table and a new blade in my rotary cutter!
It was a fabulous refresh!
