A finish & a problem

I finished a quilt on Friday, I can't show any close ups because the photos in the center reveal who it is for. I am really happy with the broken herringbone border and paper pieced corners:)

I have been musing about what the ugliest fabric in my stash is and have decided it is this one:

 I do sort of have some plans for this gem, I am going to combine it with some other uglies I have just to get it out of my stash!!! But it will be a super quick quilt, not one I labor over for ages!

What about you? What is the fabric in your stash that you wonder why you ever bought or how it even got in your stash because you find it so distasteful?
